Tag As FavoriteComment		This is probably the first mermaid picture I've done in years. For a short period after Disney's 'The Little Mermaid' came out, I was obsessed with them, even begged Santa Claus to turn me into one. I guess some presents are better not recieved. Aquella started out as a simple sketch that I intended to scan in and color on the computer as mere practice in a non-comic style (no outlines/sketchlines) with my wacom. It turned out a bit better than I expected, with her looking all shimmery and silvery under the water.

18 I absolutley love it I am totally gobsmacked...it is the best mermaid ever I reckon u should have been the drawer for Little Mermaid..but never mind it is just so wicked.. I would have preferred to be named after her then the mermaid in the Disney one thats for sure but maybe next time!!13
